How does it Work?
eZ-BIRD (standalone/desktop) are a full Hardware and Software solution which support full functionality of an electronic
Punch Clock via a
high tech fingerprint recognition unit and eradicated punching abuse.
eZ-BIRD (standalone/desktop) are designed to introduce the use of electronic punch clocks, offering a far more cost effective
yet
comprehensive and versatile solution for clients who thought it was not feasible to install such secure technology into their
business
operation. They are ideally priced for installations such as retail outlets, showrooms, restaurants, small offices.
Additionally, eZ-BIRD Standalone is specially designed to operate where no PC is available at the Time Recording site or
sites. This solution
only requires the plugging of our Fingerprint Recognition Hardware to your power socket. Employees can record their
attendance ‘without
requiring any connection to a computer’. The administrator will then have the facility to collect the data via a supplied USB
pen drive known
as U-Disk, and the data can be transported to any location where the management software is installed.
eZ-BIRD (standalone/desktop) are very user-friendly solutions which offer useful and comprehensive reporting of the collected
Time Related
events, such as Total time-in for an employee, Overtime, Shortfall hours, etc.
Integration to eZ-Time Lite Management Console serves for transaction management (as the title implies) offering basic
reporting of the
organised transactions and events, producing simple ‘office’ scheduling and reporting of daily or periodical Attendance.
Data exports are possible via a standard format, using an in-built Data Export Utility, or in a user defined field order by
creating SQL
statements for the more Advanced User.
