In order to allow for your request to be resolved as quickly as possible, please include this information with your support request:
- A relevant subject line
- A detailed description of your issue
- Full-screen screenshots showing the error or issue that you are experiencing.

As per our Terms of Service, we provide a Support Desk to our clients during office hours. Support is charged on a fee per hour basis and is not included with licence fees. Should you need more information about our support charges, please do not hesitate to contact us.
